Job Description Certified Phlebotomist - Primary Care Office We are a growing, privately owned primary care practice seeking a Certified Phlebotomist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, professional, and confident with blood draws. We offer a welcoming, family-oriented work environment where every team member is valued. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens accurately and safely Properly identify patients, label specimens, and prepare samples for laboratory pickup Centrifuge, process, store, and package specimens as required Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR Maintain phlebotomy supplies and a clean, organized work area Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and laboratory safety procedures Provide a comfortable and professional experience for patients, including elderly patients and those with difficult veins Assist the clinical team with basic patient-care duties when needed Qualifications Certified Phlebotomist preferred Previous phlebotomy experience preferred Strong venipuncture skills Experience with difficult blood draws is a plus Excellent communication and patient-service skills Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work well as part of a small healthcare team Basic EMR/computer skills Why Work With Us?
