Location 1103 Biscayne Boulevard,Miami, FL, 33132,United States Base Pay $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 / Year Employee Type Full Time Required Degree 4 Year Degree Travel 15% Manage Others No Overview Position Overview: The Individual Giving Manager, Affiliate Groups is responsible for identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individuals supporting PAMM through membership of the museum’s affiliate groups. The Individual Giving Manager will manage an active donor and prospect list while building a pipeline of potential new donors. This position will also participate in the planning, volunteer management and logistical support of annual fundraising events including KIDS JAMM at PAMM, Art + Soul, and the IWC Luncheon and Spring Tea. Requirements Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree/4-Year Degree Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required; Minimum three years’ relevant experience in fundraising and/or work experience in a nonprofit agency; Two or more years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising with a proven track record of success in fundraising initiatives, personal solicitations, and collaborations with faculty and/or staff; A track record of building long-term donor relationships; Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the fundraising function from managing prospective donors and reporting to superiors to coordinating with fellow fundraisers; Solid problem-solving skills, creativity, and willingness to take an innovative approach in order to achieve goals; Computer literacy required; extensive experience in Word, Excel, email programs and Customer Relations management software; Ability and willingness to travel as well as to work outside the normal workday hours. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Spanish a plus. Physical Demands: Walk, bend, lift (up to 15 pounds) files, office supplies an electronic equipment. Finger dexterity to pick up paper and use computer keyboard. Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to hear in normal tones including telephone and face-to-face conversation. Summary Essential Functions included, but are not limited to: Identify, cultivate, recruit and steward donors to provide support for affiliate groups including International Women’s Committee; PAMM Ambassadors for Black Art; and Collectors Council. Meet yearly fundraising goals and create strategic plan to grow affiliate group membership. Conduct a minimum of 12 monthly coffee or lunch stewardship meetings with donors and members. Manage advisory and fundraising committees for PAMM Ambassadors for Black Art and International Women’s Committee (IWC), including membership development and orientation, development of program content and execution, interaction with members and follow-up on requests and assignments. Provide support for the annual Art + Soul fundraising event, including revenue and expense tracking, vendor contracts and travel arrangements, invoices and acknowledgements, and volunteer committee management. Dedicated staff liaison for Art + Soul Celebration Committee. Plan and execute annual International Women’s Committee events including the Spring Tea and Fall Luncheon. Design, plan and execute a year-round program of engagement opportunities for Affiliate Group members. Collaborate with the Individual Giving Coordinator and Development Assistant to ensure a successful membership renewal program. Act as co-lead for KIDS JAMM at PAMM. Work with the Director of Individual Giving and other museum departments to manage the planning committee, secure participating artists, and on all event logistics. Serve as an active and visible ambassador in the community, communicating PAMM’s leadership in the arts, building a strong culture of giving, forming strategic alliances and fostering county-wide collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr T E C Industrial Inc
