Are you a construction laborer looking for a long-term home with a top-tier construction firm in Pittsburgh? We are currently seeking reliable Construction Laborers for Temporary and Temp-to-Hire, full-time positions in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. This is a unique opportunity to show off your positive attitude and carpentry skillset in order to transition into a permanent role with our customers.

Role Details

Status: Temporary and Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity to transition to permanent role after 6 months )
Location: Blairsville, PA
Pay Rate: Up to $20 per hour
Schedule: Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) with potential for overtime

Key Responsibilities

Loading/unloading trucks
Perform site preparation and cleanup, including removing debris and potential hazards
Load, unload, and distribute building materials and tools to appropriate work areas
Operate hand and power tools such as jackhammers, saws, drills, and shovels
Dig Trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction
Help assemble or dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding and bracing

Qualifications

Experience: Prior construction or manual labor experience is preferred but not always required

Requirements

Hand Drill (Preferred)
Reliable Transportation to local job sites
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and a strong commitment to job site safety
Must proper PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, work gloves)
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working from heights
