Server / Waiter / Waitress At Fogo de Chão, we are seeking immediate hires for servers in our flagship restaurants. Compensation Fixed hourly rate of $17.75, plus tips. Responsibilities Welcome and greet each guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting. Pull each guest’s chair and lay the napkin on their lap. Present the menu and answer questions about menu items and preparation methods. Take and serve beverage and dessert orders; communicate special requests for meats to the Churrasqueiros. Place orders with cashiers for processing and payment. Assist other servers in their areas when appropriate. Complete opening or closing shift duties as assigned. Transport objects up to 25lb, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace. Work weekends and holidays as needed. Requirements Ability to transport up to 25lb and stand for extended periods. Ability to work at a fast pace and on weekends/holidays. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for full‑time employees after 60 days.
