• Salary range: $120K -$160K per year* there may be some flexibility on the salary range for the right candidate, depending on experience and overall fit.

The Role

This role is for a Senior Consultant, based in New York. This role will report into the VP, Client Solutions.

The successful candidate will lead complex client engagements that help marketers optimize and transform their media, marketing, and operating models, delivering measurable business value through strategic advisory, project leadership, and trusted client partnership. Drive successful outcomes by managing end-to-end delivery, developing actionable recommendations, and mentoring team members while supporting the growth and development of client relationships.

The role itself will involve a range of activities including:

• End-to-end ownership of client engagements.
• Leading delivery teams across multiple projects or markets.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Developing strategic insights from data and market analysis.
• Maintaining high-quality client service and delivery standards.
• Managing commercial aspects of engagements.
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting capability development

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in same/similar role
• Strong consulting or advisory experience.
• Client relationship management skills.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
• Project leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Analytical problem-solving capability.
• Experience delivering projects from inception through reporting.
• Ability to lead teams while maintaining delivery quality.
