Reference Test Clerk- Full Time- 3rd Shift

Labcorp seeks a Reference Test Clerk for third-shift work in Dallas, Texas. The role involves preparing laboratory specimens, processing test requests, troubleshooting specimen issues, and maintaining laboratory records and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing
- Research, troubleshoot and resolve specimen and customer problems
- Route test requests to appropriate locations and release results
- Process specimens for transfer to additional facilities
- Perform sample sorting, racking, retrieving and record keeping
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Comfortable handling biological specimens
- Ability to accurately identify specimens
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
