Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Senior Embryologist will:Execute and oversee quality control procedures to ensure laboratory excellencePrepare and maintain laboratory setup, media, and culture dishesPerform sperm preparation and conventional insemination techniquesAssist with and carry out oocyte retrieval proceduresConduct fertilization assessments and monitor embryo developmentPerform embryo cryopreservation and thawing with precisionExecute embryo biopsy proceduresPerform Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)What You'll BringWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science requiredMinimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in a clinical embryology laboratoryDemonstrated ability to perform complex, detail-oriented work requiring sustained focus and technical precisionProven ability to exercise sound, independent judgment in accordance with established laboratory protocolsStrong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical teamCapacity to interpret laboratory data and assess its clinical relevanceProficiency with laboratory information systems and general computer applicationsClear and concise communication skills, both written and verbalExceptional attention to detail, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skillsMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
