Seit 1618 ist das 3 Sterne Superior Hotel ALTE POST fester Bestandteil der historischen Innenstadt von Mindelheim. Mit seinen 42 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renovierten Zimmern, seinem Frühstücksraum, seinem Konferenzraum, seinem Wellness Bereich und dem verpachteten Restaurant mit breitem Speisen- und Getränkeangebot zählt das traditionsreiche Haus zu den ersten Adressen der Stadt. Die Alte Post ist zentral am Marktplatz gelegen, verfügt über eigene Parkplätze, eine Tiefgarage und ist in nur wenigen Fahrtminuten von der Autobahn A96 Lindau-München erreichbar. Seit Januar 2019 zählt die Alte Post zur Alois Müller Gruppe.

Rezeptionist / Vertretung des Betriebsleiters (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (#424)
Responsibilities
- Betreuung der Gäste
- Check in und Check-out
- Rechnungserstellung & Mahnwesen
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Telefonaten sowie Reservierungen
- Pflege des Buchungssystems
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Wochenenddiensten
- Unterstützen des Frühstücks bei Bedarf
- Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten
Qualifications
- eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie, oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung zum Beispiel im Dienstleistungssektor
- Auch Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (tagsüber, 7 Tage, Teildienst nur bei Vertretungdes Hotelleiters)
- sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Produkten
- Flexibilität und Serviceorientierung
- herzliches, positives Auftreten
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen haben
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
