Leading sales execution for Rocket's Enterprise Suite portfolio, the full-time Senior Director of Sales will expand the company's presence in existing accounts and acquire new customers by executing strategic sales initiatives in a complex, technically differentiated environment. Key responsibilities Define and execute sales processes, operational metrics, and account strategies to achieve revenue goals Provide executive oversight for large, complex Enterprise Suite deals, ensuring alignment with technical realities and customer success Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key Enterprise Suite customers, including CIOs and CTOs Required qualifications Demonstrated experience leading enterprise sales teams in technically complex software environments 10+ years of proven sales and leadership experience in enterprise software or technology Experience in mainframe environments and developing business requiring significant professional services enablement Strong track record in team development and coaching Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
