Full-Time Primary Care Physician - Join Our Team

We are a prominent independent primary care group located in San Diego, operating five facilities throughout the area. Our multidisciplinary practice encompasses a variety of services, including Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, Urgent Care, Executive Wellness, Physical Therapy, Concierge Medicine, and Firefighter Wellness.

We are currently in search of a board-certified Family Medicine physician to become a part of our dedicated team. This full-time role involves delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, with an emphasis on family medicine, preventive care, chronic disease management, and women's health.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care within a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
• Address a broad spectrum of primary care needs, including preventive medicine, wellness examinations, chronic conditions, and women's health services.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and other specialists.
• Ensure accurate documentation through the Epic EHR system.

Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified in Family Medicine.
• Dedicated to providing holistic, long-term patient care.
• Excellent communicator with strong collaborative skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, community-oriented clinical environment.
• Experience with Epic EHR is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: $240,000 - $250,000.
• Production incentive bonus.
