Primary Care/ Acute Care Clinic.
Ages 6 and up.
July 17 - Aug. 28, 2026
M, W, TH - 8:00a - 5:00p
T - 8:00a - 7:00p
F - 8:00a - 3:00p
Clean OH FNP license
2 years or more of FNP work experience.
DEA
Malpractice, lodging are provided. Mileage reimbursed.
