Job TitleWork ScheduleShift: Monday–FridayWorking Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMRequired Experience & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of hands-on TIG & MIG welding experienceExperience working as a Shop Welder & AssemblerAble to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprintsFluent English communication skillsStrong fabrication, fitting, and assembly experienceAble to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipReliable with a stable work historyPrimary ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG and MIG welding on steel and metal componentsAssemble fabricated parts according to engineering drawingsRead and interpret blueprints and work ordersEnsure weld quality meets company standardsInspect finished work for accuracy and qualityOperate welding and fabrication equipment safelyMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all workplace health and safety proceduresCandidate Profile5+ years of TIG & MIG welding experienceExperience in a manufacturing or fabrication shopStrong blueprint-reading abilityExcellent fitting and assembly skillsGood communication skills in EnglishAvailable to work the day shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)Located in or willing to commute to Mississauga, ONCompensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
