What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level 3 NICU with an average census of 17 patients daily
• Manage over 400 NICU admissions annually, delivering advanced neonatal services including HFOV and nitric oxide therapy
• Collaborate with a team of 7 neonatologists and multi-disciplinary teams on patient care and outcomes
• Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and upcoming OB/GYN residents
• Support family-centered care and develop treatment plans tailored to each infant's needs
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
• Contribute to a collegial, community-focused environment

What You Need

• Valid medical license in New Jersey or eligible for licensing
• Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Prior NICU experience in a Level 3 setting
• Experience in teaching or mentoring
