Job Title Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Location Hingham, Massachusetts Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Key Responsibilities Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and progress Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Massachusetts Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current CPR/BLS certification Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a SNF or post-acute rehabilitation environment Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems Why Join Us Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and quality of life in a supportive clinical setting Gain valuable contract experience with a 13-week placement beginning in early June
