What You'll Do:
• Learn to Lead - Develop your leadership skills by working alongside experienced managers and supporting the salon team.
• Drive Sales - Learn how to build memberships, increase retail sales, and help the team reach its goals.
• Build Relationships - Create a welcoming customer experience and build strong relationships with guests.
• Coach & Motivate - Learn how to train, encourage, and hold team members accountable.
• Learn the Business - Gain hands-on experience with scheduling, daily operations, cash management, and key performance metrics.
• Grow Your Career - Take on more responsibility as you develop and work toward a management role.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or leadership
• Someone who is confident, positive, and comfortable working with people
• A strong work ethic and desire to learn
• Goal-oriented with an interest in sales and building customer relationships
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organized, dependable, and ready to take on responsibility
• A passion for beauty, wellness, and helping people feel their best
