As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Director of Culinary Operations to help lead our culinary teams and ensure every restaurant consistently delivers the quality and execution that define the Nick’s experience. Nick's and South of Nick's are seeking skilled Assistant Culinary Managers and Culinary Managers to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food management and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Manage and supervise all aspects of the culinary department Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards Develop and maintain menus that meet quality standards Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff in culinary preparation techniques Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events or promotions Qualifications Proven experience in a culinary management role Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety, and kitchen management Excellent supervisory and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in fine dining or upscale food service is a plus Certification in food handling or culinary arts is preferred Join our team as a Culinary Manager and be part of a dynamic culinary environment where your skills and creativity can shine! #J-18808-Ljbffr
