Melt Shop Production Supervisor - Lead & Optimize

Amsted Rail Company in Kansas City is seeking a Production Supervisor to schedule, coordinate and supervise the melt shop operations on a shift, reporting to the Production Manager. The role oversees team leaders, maintenance mechanics/electricians and hourly staff to meet production goals. The incumbent will lead a 10-18 headcount, ensure adherence to AAR/Griffin quality standards and drive safety, TPM and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with multiple departments and #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
