Key Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, ERVs, and heat pumps – both ducted and ductless.
• Read and interpret plans, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Inspect and test systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Ensure installations meet code requirements and company standards.
• Communicate with customers on how to operate the system and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

Skills/Qualifications:

• HVAC/EPA certification or 1 year of experience in HVAC.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license.
