Company Description

Peelclear is a patent-pending spray-on peelable protective paint system designed for the automotive aftermarket. Our technology bridges the gap between traditional automotive paint and paint protection film, allowing shops to offer a removable, automotive-grade protective finish using existing paint booth infrastructure.

Peelclear is used by collision centers, body shops, dealerships, detail studios, wrap shops, and automotive customization businesses throughout North America. As we continue expanding our installer network across the United States, we are seeking driven sales professionals to help introduce this new category of automotive surface protection to the market.

Role Description

Peelclear is seeking ambitious Account Executives to help expand our installer network throughout the United States.

This is a full-time sales role focused on developing relationships with collision centers, body shops, dealerships, detail studios, wrap shops, and automotive customization businesses across the U.S. Account Executives are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing opportunities throughout the sales cycle, educating prospective partners on the Peelclear system, and driving long-term revenue growth through new account acquisition and account development.

The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment where success is measured by results. This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities, and taking ownership of their income and career growth.

Successful Account Executives will work directly with business owners, operators, and decision-makers throughout the automotive aftermarket while helping introduce a new category of automotive surface protection technology to markets across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities throughout the United States

• Build relationships with collision centers, body shops, dealerships, detail studios, wrap shops, and automotive customization businesses

• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and sales presentations

• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process from initial contact through onboarding

• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer records within company CRM systems

• Collaborate with operations, technical support, and training teams to support customer success

• Drive recurring revenue growth through account development and relationship management

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals

Qualifications

• Proven sales, business development, or account executive experience preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow-up process effectively

• Experience using CRM platforms and sales technology

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

• Automotive aftermarket, collision repair, refinishing, dealership, or automotive industry experience is a plus

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation

• Full-time W-2 position

• 15% commission on Certification Package sales

• 2% commission on recurring product orders from accounts you develop

• Uncapped earning potential

What Success Looks Like

• Growing a portfolio of certified Peelclear installers

• Building long-term relationships with automotive businesses

• Generating recurring product revenue from developed accounts

• Contributing to the expansion of Peelclear's national installer network
