• Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Charge nurse
• Shifts & Scheduling 12 hours days or nights 7-7
• Weekend Requirement every other
• Holiday Requirement every other
• Is there a call or standby requirement? flex time
• Floating Requirements Acute/Swing bed one unit
