Pay: Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience

• Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and community policies.

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate updates promptly with the nursing team.

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living when needed.

• Support and mentor Resident Assistants during your shift.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents while helping them live with dignity, comfort, and independence.

• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and leadership to deliver exceptional resident care.

• Active Florida Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (required)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• A compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A passion for serving seniors
