Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
$127kMM RECRUITMENT GROUP
Salary Range: (annual or hourly rate) base starting around $127k plus access to our incentive plan that is based off visits per hour and quality metrics.
Shift/Schedule: (e.g., M-F, 8-5, or 4/10s) both 5 8s and 4 10s are available. No weekends.
Benefits: Any highlights (CME, sign-on bonus, etc.) there is CME, $7500 SO, and our health benefits. 160 hours of PTO as well with 70.72 hours in sick time. Plus, 11 holidays.
Patient Load: Average daily volume typically, 17 ppd on 8s, and 21 ppd on 10s
Support Staff: Will they be working alongside a Physician, or is this a more autonomous role multiple providers at this location.
