New Grad Registered Nurse Residency

Del Sol Medical Center in El Paso is seeking New Grad Registered Nurses for our RN Residency Program. In this full-time role, you will provide direct patient care in a supervised, structured environment while transitioning from student to professional nurse. Residents participate in classroom education, simulations, and precepted clinical shifts across acute care units. You will perform assessments, administer medications, document in the EHR, and collaborate with the care team.
