Promotes maximum independence and comfort for each resident by providing individualized care in collaboration with co-workers, residents and families. Supports and Promotes Resident strengths and abilities, capacity for social contribution, unique values, preferences, living habits and autonomy of choice. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:Successful completion of the nurse aide course as certified by the state of PAHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust be flexible with schedulingMust be able to read, write and take verbal directionBe willing to be a change agentDemonstrates sensitivity to residents emotional, social, mental health and spiritual needsPrevious experience in a rehab setting preferred.
