We believe in promoting from within. Many of our team members have advanced into leadership roles as the company has grown, and some have even earned opportunities to become partners in the business. We are looking for a like-minded, driven individual who wants to grow with us and help take Salon Backbar to the next level. This is a field-based sales position. You will drive a company-provided car , service existing salon and barber accounts, develop new customers, and sell professional beauty products throughout your territory.
