Job Description As a Security Officer Financial Center in LONE TREE, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.15 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, lobby areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate patrol, incident, and shift reports while maintaining professional communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. CPR and First Aid knowledge is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
