Senior Local Trial Manager (Sponsor Dedicated, Multiple Therapeutics)

IQVIA seeks a Senior Local Trial Manager to oversee sponsor-dedicated clinical studies across multiple sites in the United States. The role involves leading site selection, recruitment strategy, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and serving as the primary sponsor contact at the country level. This position requires advanced knowledge of GCP, therapeutic operations, and ability to manage complex, multi-study programs independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Sponsor contact and local operational lead for assigned trials at country level
• Lead site selection through feasibility assessments and coordinate site qualification activities
• Develop and execute country-level recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets and quality data standards
• Maintain trial management systems, monitor study progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Manage country-level budgets, vendor performance, invoices, and financial forecasting for trials

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulatory requirements
• Experience managing and starting up complex clinical trials at country level
• Proficiency with trial management systems (CTMS, eTMF/IF) and study tools
• Demonstrated site selection, qualification, and performance optimization experience
• Strong budget forecasting, financial management, and vendor oversight capabilities
• Experience with recruitment strategy development and contingency planning
• Ability to develop country-specific procedures, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
