Warehouse TechBeloit SkyCarp - Beloit, WI 53511DescriptionPerform the daily operations of the warehouse from open to close and to maintain the professional standards and exceptional service standards set forth by RS3.Essential ResponsibilitiesA professional attitude is paramount and lead by examplePromote RS3 Core ValuesEnsure accuracy, quality, and invoicing for all shipping, receiving, and storage managementProper use of requisition forms to gather necessary product/equipment for stocking storefront concessionsResponsible for equipment maintenance and secure storageSet up and break down portable food service equipmentResponsible for cleaning concession stands and warehouse areasPositively interact with co-workers in a diverse workforceFollow and enforce all RS3 policies and proceduresResponsible for completion and accuracy of opening and closing inventories, deliveries, transfers, requisitions and spoilageResponsible for all company assets (equipment, keys, small wares, tools and supplies) for standsDemonstrate and enforce compliance with all applicable health and safety regulationsPerform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsQualifications/SkillsAble to communicate clearly written and verbalBasic mathematic skillsAble to receive, deliver, and execute instruction clearly2 yrs. food service or warehouse experience preferredForklift operator a plusOther RequirementsMust be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shiftMust be able to frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds (beer kegs)Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidaysSafe driver training (to be completed within 90 days of hire)
