Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care settings preferred. Experience with outpatient-style gym equipment and modalities preferred, including parallel bars, mat tables, gait training equipment, and ADL kitchen/bathroom training environments.
