The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, highly customer focused, technically skilled, fast moving, and technologically proficient.Full-Time PositionHours: 40 hours per weekCompensation: $28.00-$35.00/hrResponsibilities: Oversee 1 building with a total of 424 unitsBenefits Package:Medical, Vision, and Dental Coverage401(k) PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Essential Job Functions – Position Requirements:Troubleshoot, assess, repair, and replace HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliancesConduct preventative maintenance on the properties or within the unitsRepair or replace floors, ceilings, walls, siding, doors, door hardware, windows, window screens, and other general building itemsMaintain accurate record of daily maintenance records and action itemsInteract with vendors and suppliers in a professional mannerProvide exceptional customer service to the team and residentsSupport Fairgrove Property Management's mission and valuesCommunicate in a timely and effective mannerComplete emergency and routine service requestsTurnover make ready tasksAssist in the preparation of vacant units for new move-ins.Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash as needed.Utilize computer, tablet and smart phone software and applicationsPerform other tasks as requestedAfter hours emergency response as neededQualifications:3+ years of experience in property management or a related field, with customer service experienceStrong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applicationsProficient in Microsoft Office 365Great communication skillsOrganized and able to manage work orders for multiple prioritiesHonest, Trustworthy & AccountableClean driving record with valid driver's licenseDependable transportationProvide own tools to complete work orders
