Here’s what we need: As a Utility Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are in DAMN GOOD shape and that the kitchen runs smoothly. What you’ll be doing: Dishwasher Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize all items used for food preparation and food service. Maintain the three-compartment sink with proper chemical dilution and ensure dishwashing areas are clean. Organize pots, pans, and product received on shift; maintain the organization of the walk-in. Help with prep or line duties when asked by management. Prioritize cleaning the most commonly used dishes, such as bowls and trays, to keep kitchen operations flowing. Unload and put away orders, and ensure back of house trash is emptied promptly. QUE-SO…here’s what you’ll need: Food Handlers Certification. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for several hours. Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels. Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
