A high-end auto body repair shop is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Prep Technician. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the automotive paint process and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare repaired vehicles for paint and refinishing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow directions accurately and work effectively with team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ensure all tasks meet high-quality and detail standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the automotive paint/prep process required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and collaborate with others
