Summary The Operations Support Associate helps keep retail store operations running smoothly, with a primary focus on inventory and back-of-house tasks. The role also supports customer service and sales-floor needs as business demands. Responsibilities Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID inventory scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders. Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery. Assist customers, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales floors and fitting rooms. Support visual merchandising, store presentation standards, and front- and back-of-house operations. Requirements Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to move throughout the store, lift or climb up to 30 pounds, and work around chemicals. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
