Job Description
Prepare, season, and cook the menu items at the restaurant. Duties include:
- Inspecting and cleaning food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
- Ensuring freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new food items, and rotating stock.
- Cooking food orders in a timely manner to ensure low ticket times.
- Handling preparation of produce to prepare for consumption.
- Assisting with cleaning and breakdown of all kitchen elements at the end of food service.

We are a mom and pop business started by myself, Ted, and my wife. We initially began doing pop-ups in Palm Bay, Florida before being invited to pop-up at J. Wakefield Brewery during the pandemic. In early 2021, we were invited to participate in the South Beach Food and Wine Festival-Burger Bash, where we won Judge’s Choice for “Very Best Burger.” Since then, we have actively worked many collaborations and events within the food service community. We have now opened our flagship brick and mortar restaurant in Wynwood and would love for you to become a part of our team!
