ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Locke - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. This is a hybrid sales + service role. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liason between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customer by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you improve your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls daily.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy changes and billing questions.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Support new policy sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Coachable and motivated.
• Required to get Property & Casualty Insurance licensing
