In this RN Utilization Review Educator position, the selected leader will report to experienced nursing and case management leadership while partnering closely with physicians, social workers, utilization specialists, therapists, and bedside nurses to support onboarding programs, competency validation, workflow optimization, and evidence-based documentation standards. The Care Management Training & Development Nurse will serve as a trusted resource for staff across Case Coordination Services while contributing to policy alignment, regulatory readiness, and performance improvement initiatives alongside a welcoming and diverse healthcare team dedicated to collaborative patient-centered care.
