We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives!

In this role, you’ll help connect communities with important programs, services, and initiatives through in-person engagement, outreach campaigns, and community events. You’ll develop valuable skills in communication, relationship building, public engagement, and campaign coordination while working alongside a supportive team.

No previous experience is required! We provide training and guidance to help you learn, build confidence, and grow professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with community members in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
• Share information about community programs, services, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Represent our organization and its partners at local events, outreach activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Build positive relationships with community members and encourage participation in relevant initiatives.
• Answer questions, provide helpful information, and direct individuals to appropriate resources.
• Assist with organizing community events, outreach activities, and engagement campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach efforts and achieve campaign goals.
• Gather feedback and communicate community questions or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to strengthen your outreach and communication skills.
