Bill Rate: $30-$33/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement tailored treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists to help patients regain mobility and independence
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and ambulation training
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments within the plan of care
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety strategies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide compassionate care in a 198-bed skilled nursing facility
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri
- Open to new graduates - we welcome and mentor recent grads!
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehab is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Understanding of patient documentation standards
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Time management and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation
