Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental status of children.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on enhancing child development.

• Provide tailored support and resources to families to foster a nurturing environment that enhances their child's growth.

• Administer assessments in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations.
\n
• Develop trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to facilitate effective intervention strategies.

• Create joint plans with families that employ evidence-based practices and align with Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Deliver services based on each child’s developmental needs and family priorities, recommending appropriate frequency of interventions.

• Equip families with skills and knowledge to support their child’s developmental milestones and learning processes.

• Utilize coaching methods and natural environment teaching techniques for optimal learning outcomes.
\n
• Adhere to safety and health standards to ensure a secure environment for all staff and individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is primarily on young children, specifically those with disabilities or delays in development. Our LCSW will work closely with families to empower them through education and service, fostering self-efficacy and confidence. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
