Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution. Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skilling in merchandising and inventory operations. Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services. Engage with the community outside the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events. Benefits and Compensation Hourly base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00, plus up to $18,000 a year in commissions. Top performers can earn a total of $65,000–$75,500 annually, depending on geography, hours worked, and performance.
