Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

Job Description As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep products moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards and eye for merchandising. Even though the stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day. Responsibilities Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Maintain the stockroom efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized. Identify merchandising opportunities and work with store leadership to take action. Assist team members with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance as required. Adhere to safety standards in the stockroom and on the sales floor, following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Passion for AE and Aerie products. Strong organizational and detail orientation skills; ability to set priorities and manage time. Flexible availability: early mornings, late evenings, weekends.
