As a member of the meat team, you will cut meat, make important decisions about the quality, packaging, and display of our meat items, and provide front‑line customer service. Your attention to detail and steady hand will help sell a quality product and ensure a great shopping experience. Responsibilities Swim through a fast‑paced environment, multi‑tasking to maintain member satisfaction. Stand for extended periods while assisting members quickly and accurately. Problem‑solve obstacles head‑on to ensure each task is completed with excellence. Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members. Provide exceptional customer service across the club, answering inquiries. Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area. What you'll do Be a Team Member: Collaborate with associates, communicate with the team, and adapt to business needs, including working in other areas. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, safety standards, and equipment. Prepare meat products (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) according to standards; cut boneless meats; maintain product quality. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, making real‑time decisions on production, training, and quality. Be an Owner: Uphold operational excellence, maintain work area, ensure quality and date‑control standards, package and label merchandise, and assist members with purchasing decisions. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department, model high‑quality service, execute basics at top level, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
