Pulmonary Critical Care Physician

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center seeking full time Pulmonary and Critical care trained board certified physician to join our team in an academic community-hospital in Queens, NY.


Responsibilities:

• Position is a combined Critical Care and Pulmonary opportunity with inpatient and outpatient work
• Closed Model ICU, Call shared equally among group, no outpatient work while in MICU
• Schedule rotates between the Medical ICU, inpatient pulmonary, and outpatient office services.
• Working with internal medicine residents as part of clinical faculty, opportunity for leadership positions, MICU is fully staffed by Internal Medicine residents

Requirements

• Board Certified in Pulmonary & Critical Care
• NYS medical license
• Fellowship trained in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
• Clinical Base Salary $300,000. In addition to the Clinical Base Salary, Physician will be eligible to receive ANNUAL incentive compensation of $25,000 upon meeting the goals and targets and other metrics developed by Department Chair.
