Title: Sr. Manager, Project Finance Compensation: $130K–$160K base + bonus Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid) Position Overview This is a senior, deal-facing role responsible for leading project finance transactions from structuring through execution, while partnering closely with internal leadership and external capital providers. Key Responsibilities Lead project finance transactions from origination through close Structure and negotiate financing agreements with tax equity and debt partners Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and strategic partners Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis Support strategic decision-making across the project portfolio Collaborate cross-functionally with development, legal, and operations teams Mentor and support junior team members as appropriate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5–10+ years of experience in project finance or renewable energy Proven track record leading and closing financing transactions Strong financial modeling and deal structuring experience Required: Renewable energy experience Strong communication and stakeholder management skills IND4 #J-18808-Ljbffr HRB
