Account Executive - Greater Milwaukee, WI - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Surgical Vision

Johnson & Johnson

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Account Executive for the Greater Milwaukee territory to drive sales of ophthalmic surgical products including IOLs, phaco equipment, and viscoelastics. The role combines consultative selling with technical product support to eye care professionals across the assigned region.

Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales quotas through execution of marketing plans and consultative selling approach
Provide technical product expertise, in-service training, and educational programs to customers
Manage field assets including IOL consignments, product samples, surgical instruments, and equipment
Prepare sales presentations and financial analyses for new and existing accounts
Collaborate with other Johnson & Johnson sales teams to maximize customer value and market coverage

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from accredited institution or 7 years relevant experience
3 years professional selling experience required
Surgical operating room experience preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively toward sales goals
Willingness to travel 35-40% including overnight stays
