BDC Service Associate: Drive Service Appointments
Sonic Automotive, Inc.
BMW Fairfax, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking a ServiceBDC Associate to generate service appointments for customers contacting the dealership online for service of vehicles. The role uses CRM and lead management tools to manage inquiries, update files and track customer interest with a premium customer experience.
