Responsibilities

• Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients, focusing on speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions to assess and improve communication skills.

• Utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including cognitive-communication, voice, and fluency therapy, to address patients' specific needs.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategies to improve patient communication and swallowing abilities.

• Provide patient education and training to facilitate carryover of new skills and strategies.

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
