• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Keep accurate documentation of all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and support the laboratory's commitment to quality standards.
• Promote a clean, safe laboratory environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a relevant allied health program along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Continuous certification maintenance required throughout your tenure.
