Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years high volume Labor Delivery experience License: RN license/verification must be less than 30 days old Certifications: Active American Heart Association ACLS certification, Active American Heart Association BLS certification, Active Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification, Active NIH Stroke Scale/Score (NIHSS) certification Must-Have: Must be willing to complete 48-hour compliance, Must be willing to obtain EFM Certification within 48 hours if offered, Must be willing to obtain NIHSS Certification within 48 hours if offered, COVID vaccination required Description: This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. The role utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to assess data and plan, provide, and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted. Must be willing to work the facility's schedule. Previous travel experience is required. All gaps in employment over 30 days must be clearly explained.
