Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for an Investor Relations Manager, based in the San Francisco Bay Area with flexibility for remote work. The Investor Relations Manager will engage with current and prospective investors, communicate the company’s financial performance and strategy, develop investor materials, and manage relationships with analysts and stakeholders. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, creating reports, supporting investment strategies, and collaborating closely with the finance team to ensure transparency and trust. Qualifications Experience in Investor Relations and relationship management Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data Proficiency in Finance and knowledge of market trends Expertise in Financial Modeling and scenario analysis Understanding of Investments and investment strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA qualification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Octans Capital Group
